"Arguably one of the loudest Hotels I have ever stayed in. Maybe it was the room location, since I was on the first floor down a bit from the lobby. It wasn't particularly the people staying in the hotel that were loud, just normal everyday actions were loud. (Someone clearing their throat, coughing, regular conversation or normal T.V. volume, etc.) Even in my room, the doors that that would connect two rooms together, you could see light coming from the next room through it. I travel a lot for work so to write a review like this is not in my character."

Once to our room, the door wouldn’t open because the inside latch was “caught.” While trying to get it open, we realized there was someone in the room that we were trying to enter. We addressed it with the staff at the desk, who kept saying she couldn’t understand why “they” would have put two of us in that room. The next morning at breakfast, she admitted it was her mistake the whole time. This is a major concern. We glad he was calm and not fearful or angry at our trying to get in."
