I haven’t seen housekeeping come to clean our room for the past three days. I was told they are short-staffed, but that shouldn’t be an excuse for not cleaning the room. At the very least, they could have taken out the trash.

Very clean and calming environment with amazing staff.

The hotel is cute, and modern, and clean, but the room that I got is super small, which was enough for a soloist, but there is literally no closet, no drawers, there was a place to hang clothes but no hangers, I just left my clothes in the suitcase under the bed. The shower was nice but no place to put body wash, had to set it on the shower floor. (A suction cup rack to the glass wall would help a lot). I could stay there again. But at least I’m aware now. Now you are too.
