Add one bottle of water in the room

The main hotel was fine, however there’s two buildings to this hotel. We stayed in the building across the road. The room was okay, the carpet could have been cleaner but the bed was comfortable. Could have done with two pillows each rather than one. What spoilt our stay was during 4 nights stay was we had no room service whatsoever. We were down to our last few sheets of toilet roll when leaving. Many will ask why didn’t I ask for extra, I am not prepared to go over the road and walk back with toilet roll or other things. We were on the main road where the 17 tram runs very regular, been on floor one was a little noisy, however for the convenience of public transport it was vey good and could live with the noise, in summer with the windows open, could be to noisy. Overall it was an enjoyable stay for the Christmas Markets, just wish room service would have been available, once again I should not have to ask for it.

If you don’t care about takeoff sound of nearby FraPort - it’s perfect place to stay close to the Arena. Wonderful breakfast with champagne and quite stuff!

We had a lovely stay, breakfast was good, the staff was pleasant and helpful.

I was there because of a looooong lay over at FRA. The facility is just across the street from the main train station that connects the airport and the city center. The price was affordable and the facility very clean and satisfactory.
