The only real complaint was the mattress I slept on was very used not comfortable and had a concave. Other than that it was good. It was extremely tiny, but I knew that going in, so no complaints there. "

With regard's to conversations or people walking up and down the stairs. Our family of 4 with 2 children and 2 adults, had to be mindful with the noice level. "We we’re a group of four and this was perfect in every way. Really nice and quiet neighborhood with a great location. Bus and train stops are a easy walking distance away. The apartment itself has everything you need for a nice stay. The staff kept us informed, if there was something we needed to know. Can recommend!"

"Advised the owner that we would be arriving about 20 hours later than scheduled and was told no problem. Caught an earlier flight and only arrived 12 hours later than planned to find out, at 5 in the morning, that he had rented the VRBO for a single night. He double booked! Then he sent us to a VRBO that he did not control/manage and we got kicked out! He refunded 2 nights of the 4 that were paid for. I kept VRBO in the loop and no resolution yet. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS OWNER!!!! "
