Smooth check in. Reception area was very modern and spotlessly clean. Our room was lovely . Opted for a design studio. Again super modern and clean. Had everything we needed. Big TV and very comfy bed. 1 big problem ,room was on ground floor , had an awful night's sleep as there is a metro which ran underneath the building. Very bad rumbling and vibration whenever a train went through. Asked to be moved to a higher floor the next morning. Went out for the day ,came back and we're given a room on the top floor. This was a bigger apartment. Same decor and style . Could still feel the rumble of passing trains BUT it didn't affect us at all. On that basis ,we would return and stay here again and would recommend. In a fabulous location of the new town,a few mins walk to the main stretch of shops bars Wenceslas square.

Staff are really exceptional and make the whole experience brilliant. Restaurant and spa are also very good.

great location next to the train station and only a short walk into the city centre. room was clean and tidy and tge staff were amazing.
