「Very welcoming atendent,helpful,helped find a transfer to airport at 4am.The hotel is a 5 stars.」

「グーグルマップで登録されていると場所が違うので、たどり着くのにとても苦労しました。 市内より（高速バスターミナル）、歩くと30分以上はかかるので、翌朝早く空港を使って移動されたい方にはオススメです。 ただ、周りには食べるところなどもないので注意が必要ですが、ホテルはとても綺麗で清潔で、スタッフの方の対応もよかったです。 ・ホテルのサービス：貴重品ボックスも綺麗で問題なく、そのほかアメニティもヨーロッパの一般的なサービスでした。 ・アクセス：空港までは、タクシーで15分程度（早朝の混んでいない場合、混んでいるときは3-40分みておいたほうがよいかもとスタッフの方に教えて頂きました） ただ、観光で市内中心をメインに考えている場合は、遠いと思います。 ・通信：WiFiはとても、調子がよかったです。また近くにもお店で安価にSIMが手に入れれるので、そちらもオススメです。 ・シャワー：水圧、温度ともに問題なかったです。 ・騒音：隣の音も聞こえないですし、道路に面している部屋でも、音は私はきにならなかったです。 ・」

「Super stay in the mountains. We arrived early and we’re able to check-in to an upgraded room because the hotel wasn’t busy. It’s not actually ski in/ski out but it’s not far to walk. 「Aweful hotel！I cannot believe this is a 5-star hotel. The breakfast was terrible even though there were a lot of items as a buffet. The staff were not so friendly. When we arrived after chieck-in time, our room was not even ready and we had to wait for a while, drinking their free drinks. 「The room was nice, clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was nice. There was no water bottles in the room, which would have been nice to have. Also on Expedia, during booking I narrowed my search to show hotel with shuttle to airport and this one was the only one but when I checked in I was informed there was no airport shuttle. The only reason I booked was for the shuttle service, otherwise I would have booked closer to the airport. 」
