Located in Lido di Noto, 35 km south of Syracuse, Villa Saveria is a lovely seafront villa with a jacuzzi and direct access to the beach. The villa is situated in a residential area just a few minutes from Noto’s historic centre where you can find shops, banks, and restaurants. There are several popular attractions in the area, including the Vendicari nature reserve, Portopalo di Capo Passero and the baroque towns of Syracuse, Modica, Scicli and Ragus Ibla.

Villa Saveria (120 sqm) develops over one level.

The villa consists of a bright, open-plan living room with a sitting area (with sofas) and a well-equipped kitchen area, as well as a shady veranda with a dining area (with table seating six). In the sleeping area you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), one double bedroom (with double bed) and one bathroom (with shower).

Accessed from outside, you will find another double bedroom (with double bed) with open bathroom (with shower).

Outside, there is a garden with a covered terrace (with sea views) with a jacuzzi hot tub (1.8m x 1.8m; depth 0.6m – 0.8m; open 1 March - 30 November; heated at 28°C), a lounge area and a sun terrace (with sun loungers). You will also find an outdoor shower and a barbecue.
