The hotel room didn't even have a kettle to make tea or coffee, which is a standard anywhere else. Somehow we ended up having a kitchenette but no plates, no cutlery, no kitchenware to actually use the kitchenette. There were details in the room that in hotels of this price range shouldn't be occurring such as a crooked shelf, broken door knob etc. The breakfast was quite basic and...

"lovely clean room, excellent strong shower, superb views over the snow covered hills. Staff were lovely and spa was an additional bonus. All in all an excellent relaxed quality place to stay."
