「The property is beautiful. It looks very much like high-end bungalows (in particular the master one) spread across the estate. The kitchen is also placed on a separate bungalow. The swimming pool with the view over the ocean was a treat per se. Two things: I highly advise it for families with teenagers or kids that can sleep independently in a separate bungalow (which means they would have to cross a part of the estate). 「Casa Artistica was perfect for my family. We loved being able to walk to the beach and so many great restaurants, bars, coffee shops and surf shops. The layout was great for a family with 2 teens. Lots of space and privacy but nice communal spaces for togetherness! Tiny drawbacks: the construction going on next door and across the street was noisy and annoying. Also, the living room furniture was not super comfortable or set up well for TV viewing, but fortunately, we didn't do much of that!...

「First, I did not realize how big this property was. It was recommended by friends who have stayed there and go often. Plenty big for a large family or two smaller families ideally to share the space and cost. The best parts, location, open space, small pool, and midday shade around the pool. The property sits less than a block from one of the main beach accesses - excellent for checking surf conditions, heading down with gear, or hitting the must see sunset.
