「The property is beautiful. It looks very much like high-end bungalows (in particular the master one) spread across the estate. The kitchen is also placed on a separate bungalow. 「Super close to the beach, very well appointed. Bungalow, pool and property are well designed and maintained. There are many spaces to relax and entertain. The security guard in the evening is a nice touch. Property management company made everything easy, and was available for assistance with airport transfers. 「We stayed at Casa Blanca for a week in May 2025. Property is better than the pictures, clean and very well-maintained. High-end neighborhood, with security visible around the neighborhood. Lots of wildlife including monkeys, birds and pesotes roaming around the property. We were a party of eight adults and there was plenty of room for everyone, with one bedroom we did not even use. Pool is in great shape and was serviced twice during the week. House cleaners came by and cleaned inside and out...

「We loved the location of this VRBO as it was indeed walking distance to the beach 10 minutes in the heat & on the hill. It was quiet and pretty and it had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor showers for getting off salt, sand, and lots of dust. Access to a washer/dryer was nice, the pool was very cute, and we didn't need any more space as it was just the three of us and all we did there was shower and sleep and make coffee.The AC works but doesn't get "American cold" -- to be expected....
