"We had a great stay. The house is lovely and the pool and garden are small but great. There is a lot of construction in the area so it was quite noisy during the day. Great monkey and bird citings. Nov 30, 2019Most disappointing is the roads are awful and have turned us off returning to this area. VERY gravelly and dusty. 4 wheel drive recommended if you are driving- esp in rainy weather. Get a shuttle to avoid the driving hassle but then you are stuck :(

Nov 29, 2019The roads to arrive and in the area are quite poor. Gravel, washouts etc. Give extra time to drive. But this has nothing to do with Nosara itself. Just an fyi.
