「Fun place」

「We came to run the marathon for the first time in Chicago and we discovered an oasis in oak park. The location was close to the train to get into the city. The neighborhood was both historic and very walkable. A number of very good restaurants were near by. Host was excellent and very responsive to all our questions. I wish we had more time to explore.」

「Our hostess, Mary Lou, was very accommodating as we were traveling with our two young boys. We were greeted with a warm welcome and immediately felt right at home. Beds were comfy and breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend. Thank you for the hospitality! 」

「トイレ、バスは共用で汚くて入る気にならなかった。 部屋も汚く、タオル類もきれいではありません。 朝食付きとありましたが、自分でコーヒーをいれ、置いてあるパンを焼くだけで、おかずは何もない状態でした。この状態で宿泊代が３万円を超えるのはこれまでの Expediaで泊まったホテルの中で最悪の宿泊施設でした。この施設に泊まろうとする人は辞めることをお勧めします。 」

「They room was very nice. Clean with upgrades and decorated with ferrier decor, very clever. We enjoyed the deck and the view. We also walked on the drive back to the River house. It was getting late so we did not walk the trails, but we saw deer and one fearless fawn! We decided when we come back, we will try the River house, since it is in the woods and we would be more likely to walk the trails. Our only complaint is the room was cold and we did no figure out how to raise the temperature....

「I recently stayed at The Villa in the Euro Room, and it was such a lovely experience. The mansion was incredibly clean and beautifully styled, with so many charming details to admire. I loved the vibe and the thoughtful touches, like the food available...our panini was delicious! We also enjoyed a show at The Vic and returned to unwind with some Italian wine. The shower was stunning, and everything was well-labeled and convenient. The next day, we relaxed in the jacuzzi, and the breakfast was...

「飛行機が遅れ予約日に到着できるかどうかわからなかったけど、こまめにメールでやり取りして安心でした。BlueLANEという部屋に滞在。キッチンが充実。部屋の外を電車が走っているのですが、旅の疲れのせいか気にならなかった。朝食はベーグル、パンなど数種類、ゆで卵、カットしたフルーツ、ヨーグルトなど。こぢんまりとしたシカゴのアパートという感じ。他ゲストの年齢層は高いので落ち着いた雰囲気。」

「The owner was sweet, very hospitality, heartwarming, and wanted to work with my schedule. Beautiful place to stay.!Not to mention it was close to town if you needed a groceries or other essential needs.」
