Room was nice beds not to bad BUT..... front desk young lady was rude seemed like we were a bother to her when I explained i could not do stairs as tge elevator was down she places us on 3rd floor all stairs with access only thru a outside staircase. 2nd person i spoke to had no issue getting us to better room 2nd floor but less stairs"
