"Front desk staff seemed to speak to me as if I was inconveniencing their day when you work a front desk and your people coming in from out of the area, it’s important to offer a warm and welcoming tone. I did not experience that with said staff had a massive issue with parking that led to me having to call the front desk 16 times after being hung up on while I was stuck in the parking garage at the gate trying to get into valet Had another problem, getting extra pillows and blankets. They seemed annoyed each time I reminded them I still had not yet received them. The hotel itself is in a decent location. I just think that the staff is extremely unprofessional "
