"Insufficient parking for hotel guests due to a packed dinning area. We had to park our car a distance away from our room and move it next morning to pack car on checkout. Check service was not particularly friendly, however bar staff were great."

"Located next to the spirit of Tasmania terminal, it’s clean. It has gym which is great. The room is nice and clean, staff are very helpful and friendly but the room don’t have table and chair to do my paperwork and the bathroom make a lot of mess after shower, the water spread to all over the floor, the curtain in the shower is too short to prevent the water spread to all over the floor out side the bath room. "

"Great location. Clean and tidy accomodation. Area around accomodation could do with a tidy up. Pool facilities could do with a revamp. Room service food was poor and arrived late. Overall, happy with our stay."

"Elphin Apartments were good option for my one night stay in Launceston. There is a KMart and Supermarket over the road so easy enough to get what you need. I had to carry my heavy bag up stairs, which was a little difficult. "

The location is fantastic – it's in a quiet area, but close enough to anything you might need. Communication with the motel was top-notch; they kept me well-informed via SMS, which made everything seamless. My room was clean and tidy, with plenty of mini bar items available. Additionally, the motel's proximity to the airport makes it incredibly convenient if you have a late...
