「The location of the hotel listed on Hotels.com is incorrect. Since there are no signs indicating the hotel’s direction from the road, it would have been impossible to find it on our own. Thankfully, the rangers escorted us, and we were able to locate it.
The Wi-Fi is not working.
That said, the staff is excellent—always kind and helpful. The food is delicious, and the lunch box service is especially valuable when heading out on a game drive.」
