「Beautiful place to relax highlight of our trip」

「A wonderful hotel, quiet hotel in the heart of Porto. Now out go to spot when we are in town. Out only annoyance on this trip was the hotel wanting an early check in fee of 30 euros even though our room was ready for us to occupy anyway. 」

「We stumbled upon this brand-new eco resort while looking for a last-minute getaway, and what a fantastic surprise! The property is spotless, thoughtfully designed, and the rooms spacious and clearly well cared for. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and friendly, going out of their way to make me feel at home even when we arrived late at night. 「Fantastic location, friendly staff, great food. If the Serenity concept is to work, the management has to decide: either an adults-only hotel or a separate playground for children. This needs to be improved, as the children otherwise are always loud with everyone.」
