"2 min walk to free bus, or 5mins walk to nearest lift. The Gran Trun is perfect as a base for your ski holiday. The rooms are reasonably comfortable and cleaned every day. The breakfast is buffet style eat as much as you like. The bar is open for the afternoon and evening, run by the lovely Sarah who is an excellent host. "Great stay and great staff. Rooms were a bit noisy as you can hear sounds from the hallway and other adjacent rooms. Besides that, only complaint is they didn’t have a “Do Not Disturb” sign in the room and housekeeping ended up walking in on me while I was asleep, they do start cleaning quite early. Room looked like pictures and hotel was unique. If you’re a younger traveler, the hotel caters more to an older crowd but the experience was still wonderful. "

Might be the best hotel we've ever stayed in. Defi
"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff actually came out to our car to greet us and took our luggage directly to the room. We were welcomed very warmly. The staff all spoke perfect English, which I certainly don't expect when I travel abroad but it makes the stay much easier. We had a wonderful dinner and their restaurant that night and the second night we ate at a restaurant day recommended it was also excellent. We didn't lift a finger. The staff arranged for us to take a boat out on the lake, answered all of our questions, they really went above and beyond. We're going back next year and staying in the same hotel. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them an 11!"
