「I liked the property and how easy it was to get there and get into the room from car parking. We were initially assigned to a room and told the door lock was tricky, but it didn't work at all. I went and asked to be moved and they moved us, as they weren't sold out. So why didn't they put us into a room with a working lock (and fix the lock on #23) right away? Also, the room was a bit pricey for what it was. But overall, good.」
「I had a wonderful stay here, even under unexpected circumstances! When we arrived, a thunderstorm had knocked out the power, but the staff handled the situation so smoothly and professionally. They allowed us to check into our room without any hassle, which we really appreciated after a long day of travel.

「I’ve stayed at the Voy a few times now traveling along TC highway north of Lake Superior. It’s nothing fancy but it’s perfect for our stop. The rooms are clean and well kept. Beds are comfortable. It seems obviously that this is run by someone who wants their guests to have a good experience. 」

「From start to finish - checked out a day early - everything was great! Walked in and was served right away. Check in was easy and quick. Staff was very friendly and hotel was clean. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine, scrambled eggs, sausage patties, cereals, toast, bagels, English muffins, yogurts, and hot coffee.
