「The rooms were clean both bedding, kitchen and bathroom. However it is very basic and clearly a dormitory for students or similar, with a community room with to, pool and ping pong. There is also a kitchen in the room and a communal kitchen but no implements of any kind to use. Clearly those who occupy the rooms usually have their own. We were only there for 1 night and it did what we wanted, give us the opportunity to get a nights sleep in a clean environment.」

「What a great place!! Owners and staff are top notch. Easy check in. Great food. Lodge is roomy with a lounge, pool table and several dinning tables aswell as a tackle and merch shop area. Clean cabins. Feels like your experience really matters to them. Great atmosphere to be in and unwind. Launched our boat with ease. This Lake system is amazing. 「Not great, first room looked like it was either in redo mode or in use, 2nd room was not much better.
Door would not stay closed unless bolted, very few dishes, no toilet paper other than the 1/4 roll in the bathroom. Terrible furniture & TV.
This is very basic accommodation at a premium price in my opinion.
It was ok clean wise & staff was friendly, but that's about it.
Not much to choose from in Chapleau, but I would not go back.」
