「Loved walking along the usually almost empty beach-- beautiful, sandy, with rocky area that was intriguing. Visited Misery Bay, Ojibwe Cultural Centre, some shops. Lots of relaxing, reading, cruising.」

「We throughly enjoyed our stay... sometimes you get where your going and something that was in the pictures doesn't work, not here! Everything worked from the hot tub to the bbq and everything in between. Lots of yard games for the kids, beautiful garden, oh and my favorite is the outdoor shower under the stars. Definitely not disappointed and we'll be sure to visit again in the future. 」

The large west-facing windows and deck provided the perfect view of sunsets over the lake, the fog blanketing the hills and the lightning as it rained. The cabin is clean, modern and cozy. The host was quick to respond, attentive to detail and accommodating to our needs. The location is quaint and secluded, close enough to the sightseeing locations of Thunder Bay but far enough to feel like we got away.」

「The camp was incredibly cozy, featuring a charming little kitchen equipped with a fridge, stove, and microwave, as well as a spacious bathroom with plenty of hot water and a large sauna out back, complete with an extra sitting room. The lake was stunning, with a sandy beach and a fire pit offering a fantastic view. It was the perfect getaway from the city.」

「We had a great stay here relaxing and fishing on the lake. The cabin is in a beautiful, quiet location, out of sight of neighbours. It had all the kitchen and bathroom supplies we needed.Note that it's a 20 minute drive from off the highway, and there's limited cell service (only Rogers) in the area.」
