「Staff were very friendly, room clean, felt like a safe environment and nice continental breakfast was included. I would definitely stay here again and you couldn’t beat the price.」

「For the price of the stay the quality of the room and amenities was seriously lacking. I've stayed in a number of Hilton properties and this was by far the least enjoyable. $15 to park in lot that has ample parking feels like gouging. No glasses in room , it's a bourbon town and the staff would not help me with any glassware. The room had a leaky sink, the climate control was not consistent; would shut off for long periods even though the temp was set and on auto. And the hallways and rooms...

「I loved the historic feel that felt upscale as well. The restaurant brunch was amazing. The staff was on point. Take a quick stroll around the town, it won’t take long.」

「René at the front desk was extremely helpful, room was very clean. Would definitely return on our next trip to Louisville.」
