「清潔でおしゃれな客室です。朝食は素晴らしい。朝食時に出してくれるコーヒーも最高に美味しかったです。場所も適度に駅に近くてよく、周囲の環境も良いです。スタッフの皆さんも良かったです。フロントがないので、宿泊前にメールで鍵の受け取り方法などを確認しておくと良いです。」

「Its restaurant serves great food and local beer. The fish and chips is the best one I have ever had. My friend enjoyed vegan meals. They also serve a variety of breakfast including fresh fruit and drinks. The room is prettily decorated and bathroom is clean and wide with a fancy bath tab. 」

They were so helpful in arranging an early check-in for us and even found a room where we could get ready before attending a wedding, which made the whole day much less stressful. Everyone was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to help. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. 「The rooms were small but perfectly adequate. The rooms were not air conditioned and as we were there on one of the hottest weekends of the year the room was very hot overnight. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.」

「Lovely hotel - clean, well maintained, excellent breakfast. VERY hot in a heatwave, (admittedly - likely not a problem for most of the year!) They did put fans in every room, and spaced them out throughout the hallways to try to keep the air moving. But be aware there no Aircon in the rooms if it's looking to be a hot one! Otherwise, I cannot fault anything though.」

「location nice, rooms hot in summer. doors in halls of hotel need cleaning/paint, looking scruffy. Staff in restaurant especially during breakfast inefficient. took more then 30m to get yoghurt served.... other tables with 6 guests were served 2 dishes each in meantime. waitress should identify better the customers i.e. business travel single person or 6 guests on holiday. staff at night waiting behind bar, almost felt like they avoided contact with customer. If it weren't for the kind gentleman...
