「部屋、水回り共にとてもきれいでした。 滞在中の掃除は入らないですが、掃除機は自由に使えるので長期滞在でも清潔さは保てました。ただ、水回りを掃除できるものがなく、シャワー室の床にピンク汚れが出てきてしまったのでシャワー室を掃除できるものも置いて欲しいと思いました。 ゴミ袋が足りなくなり連絡したらすぐに届けてくれたり、不明な点をメールで連絡してもすぐにレスをくれたり、海外は対応が遅いイメージでしたが日本並みに早かったです。 基本的に不満に思うことはなかったですが、テレビが勝手に付いたり消えたりしたのと、洗濯機が汚かったのは気になりました。 洗濯機に関してはお客さまのためというよりもスタッフが清掃で使ったものなどを洗濯するのを使わせてもらってる、という感じでした。(ちなみに、洗濯洗剤は2回分部屋に置いてありました)」

「This is a very clean and comfortable place to stay. We had the apartment with 2 adults and 2 teens. We were not in the room often so it worked. Small kitchen and table for 4. It is about 8 minute walk to Earls Court tube and near the station was a market and several restaurants. Would highly recommend」

「The room was clean and comfortable. It was helpful to have a basic kitchen and access to washing machines. As it is a serviced apartment rather than a hotel, there was no daily cleaning or towel change, but I found it very convenient and comfortable.」

「It's a relatively small room with a bed on a mezzanine level. Stairs are steep to the bed, but fine if you free up on a boat. The tap in the kitchen worked but was not attached to the sink - some plumbing needed. The studio was cleaned, but could do with a lick of paint, especially on the door which looked as though it had been attacked by a mythical creature in a Ben Aaronovitch novel. The people in the room/flat above us were kind enough to ensure we knew we weren't alone, and trekked back...

「We visited during peak summer, and unfortunately our stay was affected by several maintenance issues that caused considerable inconvenience. The room did not have air conditioning, and this was not clearly highlighted in the property description. During the warm summer weather, the lack of AC made the stay quite uncomfortable. The room had a fan, but it was not functioning properly. We were unable to increase the fan speed or use its cooling mode, which made the nights very uncomfortable. We...
