Hotel is beautiful and you cannot beat the location- so close to the Alexanderplatz stations with easy access to all of Berlin, and tons of food options around as well. The rooms are huge, beds are comfy and staff is helpful and accommodating. Cannot say enough good things- will definitely be staying again.

We enjoyed our five day stay in this historic building. Check in and out is easy and staff is very attentive. The essentials room made for easy access to laundry services and any room essentials from towels to tissue. We had a wonderful Christmas Day dinner in the Luzii restaurant in the same building.

The room was really nice, bed super comfy and good location. Train station is just around the corner. Self check in was easy enough and staff in the cafe area are approachable and helpful. We would stay here again.

The room as clean and comfortable but the shower and was basin was in the same room so no privacy at all. It was very conveniently located near the centre of Alexandreaplatz. Check in was easy also as we arrived after midnight.

I absolutely loved my room! It was large, had a complete kitchenette, a shower with tremendous water pressure, and a hair dryer that was also powerful. The staff was very kind and helpful; I would definitely stay there again. Being very close to the Alexanderplatz train station was also a plus.

The room was clean, modern, and super comfy! The bed was one of the best hotel beds I’ve ever slept on and the shower pressure was great. They have a bunch of complimentary amenities like extra towels, toilet paper, and laundry machines to use whenever you need. The cafe downstairs is tasty too! Staff was very friendly, though it is more of a self-guided check in experience.

We were very happy about our stay. We loved the hotels location next to many attractions. It felt safe and although it was new years and loud at night we found the hotel well insulated to keep out the noise and keep in the heat. The bed was comfortable and the shower’s were hot. The hotel staff was very attentive with special mention to Thomas who was very professional and kind. We ate often at the coffee shop and had new year’s dinner at the restaurant. That would be my only issue was that the 4 course meal was exceptionally attractive but not to my taste. It’s worth mentioning I am a very good cook and, have a very critical palate others in my group were happy and they loved the wine selection. When I return to Berlin this will be the only place I would stay. Our group of two couples all found the hotel excellent.

Although we were initially flustered by the humanless check-in, facilitated by the employees at the adjacent coffee shop, we had a fantastic hotel experience here. We had a very spacious corner room with a view of the Berlin TV tower, and the neighborhood is very walkable with some great restaurants and cultural sites. The coffee in the shop downstairs was terrific, the rain shower in the room relaxing, and the free laundry facilities convenient. Highly recommend!
