"I showed up at the hotel with a cooler full of items that I needed to either refrigerate or freeze. I preferred freezing them. The staff helped me get everything ready and then they put them in the freezer for me. This allowed me to get home with my Hatch Green Chilies and surprise my wife.
Every time I interacted with the staff they were cheerful and looking for an opportunity to be helpful.

"I would strongly advise travelers with respiratory problems to avoid staying at this hotel. The rooms have a strong mildew smell which is probably due to Arkansas humidity. And there was a container of "dehumidifier" beads placed under the A/C unit in our room.
Wife started coughing after only one night in the room. After four nights of inhaling the mildewed air, she ended up in immediate care when we got home, with acute bronchial issues.
