「All good」

「Overwhelmed by a terrible odor and was unable to open bedroom windows. Looks and smells like fresh paint, new flooring, new fixtures and appliances were installed in a house that had heavy cigarette smoke odor. We found a COCKROACH near the kitchen sink. The bed and bathroom linens were clean. Appliances appeared brand new. The neighbors were quiet. I was able to open some windows but not the ones in the bedroom. The bedsheets were hot polyester material. 」
