「This house is located about a mile from "the action" of old town Eureka Springs - which is perfect. It's really close to the Passion of the Christ as well. As far as the house, it's perfect for 2 couples or a couple and kids. There are several steps, so if steps are an issue, this is not the place for you, we were fine with it, though. It is decorated completely New Orleans style. There is everything you need, including washer and dryer. We would definitely stay again.」

「The view was amazing, the house was really nice and comfortable. Awesome host with great communication! 」

「The setting of this house is beautiful as it is right on the White River. The house is big and spacious with several decks and a dock on the river. We only had small problems. We could not make phone calls, but could receive texts. Unfortunately, it rained the three days we were there, so we didn't get to canoe the Buffalo River. Also, several roads were closed around us due to flooding. 」

「This is our third time at this location, and this is our first choice when visiting Springdale. Extremely clean and comfortable townhome with all the essentials provided. Excellent communication from the property owner concerning the stay. He even warned us of an impending storm in case we needed to modify or travel plans! Can’t say enough good things about this property!」

「We stayed with our 4 children there are plenty of things to do around the area. The pool was great a short 1 minute walk which was perfect for the little ones and the pool water was nice and warm. The beautiful park with the waterfall right down the road. Lots of places to fish. Loved this place and will surely stay again. Also it was very easy to get a hold of the host and he also got right back to us. 」

「Lovely outdoor space with grill, swings, decking. Cozy inside with three really big fluffy beds you might have to climb up into if you're short. The big bedroom is decorated with bluebird theme and is so pretty. Mattress I was on was on the soft side. Kitchen is compact but has everything including laundry and starter supplies. Walkway is tricky if you have any mobility limitations」

「This is a great home to relax and enjoy time with family. Furniture beds are super comfy with soft sheets and pillows. Plenty of towels in baths and kitchen. Host provided plenty of paper goods snd trash bags. Loved being able to bring our 3 pups. Host was very friendly and helpful. We hope to stay here again! 」

「We took our in-laws to Mountain View for the weekend and joined other family. The Tate House was very clean and the layout was perfect. We enjoyed cards around the table and the Mexican restaurant a few blocks away was delicious. We would stay here again. 」
