"We love supporting local businesses, and every time we visit Peace River we choose to stay at Chateau Nova. Unfortunately, this will be the last time. We had almost no sleep due to extremely loud neighbors who were arguing throughout the entire night. We called the front desk multiple times to report the noise — at 11 PM, again at 3 AM, then at 5 AM, and again around 7 AM. Despite repeatedly asking for help with the situation, the noise continued. When we mentioned the issue to the front desk agent during checkout, no solution or compensation was offered, which was very disappointing. The only reason I’m giving this hotel 2 stars is because the breakfast was delicious and the server was amazing. If you are traveling with your family and hoping for a quiet night’s rest, you may want to consider staying somewhere else. "
