「I booked this hotel through Expedia as I was looking for a pet friendly family suite. I booked a room that noted it was both pet friendly and had a separate bedroom. When we arrived and I was checking in I was advised that the suite I booked was NOT pet friendly and they had no pet friendly suites. And because I prebooked the room with Expedia I couldnt change to a pet room or get my money back. The only option I was given was to pay for a basic room where one member of my family could sleep...
