「The place was wonderful you’ll be delighted」

「Experiência incrível, melhor resort que já fui」

「The room was set at the right temperature. The breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of fruit and bread. The quality of the coffee was perfect when the barista was there.」

「Either Expedia or the establishment is misrepresentating what is actually there. On the site they claim that there is a shared kitchen. No such thing. I paid an additional$350 for an upgrade. Large rooms, larger balcony with a view. I got nothing like this. I wasted all that extra money on the upgrade and I got nothing. I complained to the staff, but got...
