「The area is good, nice and quiet and it was easy to communicate with the host.However the place wasn’t set up properly with extra bedding for our third person, who had been included in the booking from the start. The sheets were still in the drier and there was no duvet/proper blanket for them. Just a small thin blanket, which would have been fine for a child, but not ideal for an adult. We did communicate with the host about this at the time, but nothing was resolved for our second night.I...

「The host was super helpful and filled us in on all the details about the place. When we arrived the place was super clean and nicely set up. There's everything you would need in the kitchen for a longer stay! They were great at offering to adjust the temperature if needed. Overall everything was a wonderful experience and I would stay here again!」

「This property was just fine for our short night before flying out. Close to the airport! The listing did not mention it was an apartment in someone’s lower level. Again, fine, but not advertised. A parking spot was mentioned in the listing but driveway was full. 」

「This property has nice finishes and was very clean. The bed needs a foam topper, the mattress was too thin for our liking. We were asleep by 10pm and were woken up around 12:30am by the tenants returning home and a dog barking upstairs. This was frustrating」

「This place is a little gem close to Calgary. Although a bit extra driving, it was affordable, which is very appealing for a family. Close to a lovely lake that you can also enjoy. We stayed for a couple of nights to experience the Stampede. Clean, easy entrance, more spacious than the pictures show, love having fans in the rooms. The large tv with access to all the shows was a big plus as well. I would stay here again! 」

「Great little spot for a large family travelling through Calgary. Plenty of beds for the kids. Multiple bedrooms, full kitchen, laundry. It met our needs very well, and we were pleased with it. 」

"I really enjoyed staying at a nice clean room include microwave, kitchen .Hotel staff were so kind . I felt comfortable a king bed.They dont have restaurant . You can buy some sweets and soft drink chocolates , instant noodles and some foods by microwave next to reception desk. you can take a bath and shower and they offer soap and shampoo and conditioner ."

"フロントの高齢の女性スタッフの対応は悪い。単に、空港からシャトルバスを頼むと電話しただけなのに、名前のみでなく、しつこく予約番号まで聞いてくる。普通はあり得ないこと。耳が遠いようでコミュニケーション取れない。他の若いスタッフは皆、対応は良い。レストラン＆バーのスタッフはフレンドリーで対応が良い。ただし、人手不足のため長時間待たされるのは覚悟すべし。"
