    "As of August 2025 the building is surrounded by scaffolding. Facilities for guests are minimal: no waste bin in the room, the one in the available kitchen is never emptied so is overflowing and constitutes a health hazard. There is not a single mug, plate, piece of cutlery in the kitchen, or cleaning cloth/disinfectant. There is no refreshment available at the property or nearby. If you just need a bed for the night this property is OK, but if you want any more - it is to be avoided"
