"Clean hotel but they advertise a shuttle from novena station to the hotel, my family and I waited one hour for the shuttle, the shuttle never arrived, we had to request a taxi to get to the hotel. "

"The soundproofing can be better. Pipes are loud too. Appreciate the complimentary snacks and drinks and the hot tub. Great and quietly tucked in a corner of the street. Walkable to nearby shopping mall. Great service"

"The staff at this hotel are excellent. Balcony king club room was adequate, bed was very comfortable but we were struggling for somewhere to store our suitcases. Breakfast was fine, although gluten free options in the club at afternoon tea were non-existent. "

"Loved the power of their airconditioner 😊. The big downer in Singapore is the hot weather and going home to a hotel that's so cool even at the lobby is a big relief. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The rooms are big and super comfy. The location, although far from the attractions isn't so bad as Singapore has a great transportation infrastructure and you can go anywhere on the island with minimal hassle. Highly recommended"

"In our many years of travel, staying in different hotels, we have not seen as friendly or as polite or as accommodating a staff as in Como metropolitan. We really felt very special. Every staff member was [rofessional and kind. The room was comfortable and clean and well stacked with room and bath needs. Super clean and the rooftop pool and view really out of this worl. In general the views from the hotel room were fantastic. The location could not be any better. An appreciation shoutout...
