「We rented this house for a family reunion recently. Place is great! Definitely an antique farmhouse and it has that level of charm. The property is beautiful and it fit our needs for a weekend stay. Communicating with the property manager was easy as well. That said we were not impressed with the level of cleanliness upon our arrival, as it was clear that the cleaning crew did not do a thorough job. I messaged the property manager our observations after our stay and they seemed very appreciative...

「The property was exactly what we expected. It was clean, sat directly on the lake with beautiful views, as well as fun stuff, like kayaks, canoes and noodles to float around with. Bobby, (the host) answered any and all questions I had prior to check in, via the VRBO app in a very timely manner, and Brandon (our contact after check in) was just as attentive via text once we were there. I would highly recommend this property.」

「Cannot rave enough about our stay! We stayed in the nautical harpooner’s room, which was the perfect size for our family of 3. Everything was clean, cozy, and the entire property was charming and whimsical. The host was super nice and responsive and we even got homemade apple pie upon arrival! The location itself was also super convenient to all mystic attractions. A must stay if you're looking for a quaint experience in Mystic!」

「This was a very comfortable, quiet rental with plenty of amenities. We are a family of two parents and one 13 child and the bedroom-living room connection worked for us. The sofa bed would be uncomfortable for an adult, but was fine for our child. All sheets and towels were very clean. The whole place was very cozy and comfortable. The town of Stonington is lovely. We enjoyed our stay very much.」
