「This hotel was a perfect first stay on a multi- leg trip. We had a lovely light filled room on the 2nd floor. We also had the best fish I’ve tasted in years at the restaurant downstairs. Delish! Our only non-5 star experience was with the lady who was supposed to be checking in guests. She sat at one of the tables in the main floor where you enter with her back to us on the phone for > 10 minutes. We stood there wondering if she was a guest. 「The Silsbee Suite was lovely! Its def just for 1 or 2 ppl even though the kitchen is huge there is only 1 queen bed and a couch. You also habe acess to your own private patio but we were out all day and didnt really utilize that. This property is in walkimg distance to everything you need to get to and see in Salem. It is an old house and you can hear EVERYTHING! Even the other guests if they sneeze or laugh so just be aware of that. I would def stay again 」
