「The staff was excellent. The room looked clean, but we found hair in the bathroom and inside the bathtub. Also, the ceiling above the shower has water damage and looks like it's going to cave in. The heat in our room was set high and we couldn't change it, A/C was too loud to leave on so we had to open windows to cool the room down. The kitchenette was great but there was no coffee machine. They also don't supply hand towels, just wash cloths and small bath towels. Pillows were awful. Having...
