「The staff is very helpful and kind. The bed is comfortable, the pillows a little small. Overall the rooms are clean. However, we won’t be staying here again. We ordered chicken tenders from the onsite restaurant only to find them completely uncooked inside, and the Indian food is not good. The breakfast food that should be warm was cold and everything in the dining area could use a good cleaning.」

「For an older hotel it was clean and staff were very friendly. Location is good; close to lots of food options and not far to historic downtown. Only issue was the bathroom was small and tub drained very slow so the water pooled in tub during shower.」

「I stayed in room 224. The door did not close unless you lifted up on the door. The door hinge needs new longer screws to support and door. Easy fix. My main issue with the Hotel was the bed was too firm, the bathroom was small, the lack of lighting in the main room and IT WAS TERRIBLY OVER PRICED. 「Delightful place to stay. Unique and special. We drove from Denver to Vancouver staying mostly in chain hotels. We decided to try something a little different and we very happy we did. The room was comfortable and welcoming. The restaurant was excellent. I highly recommend the Landing.」
