I wish the breakfast hours were longer. I could hear the people next to us talking so the walls are pretty thin. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

By far- the BEST hotel option in LaGrande!! Wish the rates weren’t as high… but staff was VERY friendly, and it was a comfortable, CLEAN room

The room was comfortable and quiet. Very disappointed to find only decaf coffee in the room. Before 9 AM the lobby had also run out of coffee. The hotel is quite overpriced for what you get.

The beds felt like they were first cousins with the floor. Don’t understand the current hotel mindset, not unique to The Hampton, that everyone wants the firmest possible sleeping surface. The incredibly bright lights in the bathroom are motion activated and cannot be disengaged. This ensures a blast of light into the entire room when anyone uses the facilities during the night. Not sleep friendly at all. Breakfast food quality used to be much better at Hampton locations. Now the food is marginal at best especially when factoring in the room price. Very clean with friendly and helpful staff.

Wi-Fi did not work at first, had to use a password from front desk, We were charged twice because of conflict with Expedia, did get a refund for the over charge. Breakfast was minimal, they were out of coffee creamer? Facility was clean, room too.

Obwohl ein Trupp Feuerwehrleute ebenfalls hier eincheckte, haben wir davon nichts mitbekommen. Das Personal hat das alles super organisiert. Leider hatten wir trotz des Preises hatten wir kein Wifi. Das sollte extra kosten. Das Zimmer war aber einfach super.

The room was fine & clean. The night staff member was wonderful. Breakfast was gone by 9:30am, not the 10am window they provided. When asked if there would be more made, we were told that it would take too long. Then they proceed to give a gift card to another person who “missed” out on breakfast, but we weren’t even provided an apology.
