Pet Friendly, Recently Renovated, 70 FT From Beach + Free Attraction Tickets!

"Just A Walk Away" is a private beach house only 70 Ft from the nearest beach access and was completely renovated in the summer of 2024!! It has all new flooring, paint, furniture, décor, appliances and an updated kitchen and bathrooms.

"Just A Walk Away" is conveniently located in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach and is directly across the street from the beach. "Just A Walk Away" can accommodate 6 with 1 queen, 1 full and 2 twins. All 3 bedrooms and the living room feature smart TV's with YouTube streaming, free Wi-Fi and free parking for 3 vehicles. Please note that only 3 TV's can stream YouTube TV at the same time. House also features a private hot tub, yard/beach games (corn hole, yard pong, & connect four), beach wagon, charcoal grill and convert-a-bench picnic table.

"Just A Walk Away" is pet friendly because we love our fur babies and want you to be able to bring them along with you on vacation. Pets are always welcome (dogs only) with a $200.00 non-refundable pet fee and we do not have any breed or weight restrictions nor do we have any restrictions on how many dogs you can bring. Please note, there is only a small grassy area on 1 side of the house.

My husband and I visited this location with our adult kids. The stay was absolutely wonderful. We were literally "just a walk away " from the beach. The rental property was very clean and well furnished it accomodated everyones needs.
