The king master bedroom and living room are located on the oceanfront and have access to the oceanfront balcony. The kitchen is stocked for cooking meals (if you plan to cook on vacation). Having three bedrooms allows your family to spread out and enjoy a restful vacation. All three bedrooms have private entry to the a bathroom with the queen bath sharing a hall entry. All bedrooms and living area have TV's and wifi is available.

The property has two walk areas to the beach, an oceanfront outdoor pool, grills, picnic tables, bathroom downstairs for Crescent Sands guest, parking on site and overflow across the street, a locked lobby entry and two elevators. Enjoy a stay in the Crescent Sands in the Crescent Beach area of North Myrtle Beach.

All condos are nonsmoking and do not allow for pets. All condos rent weekly (Saturday to Saturday) Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend every year. Linen and towels are included on weekly and daily rentals.

The use of the pool, pool area, and grilling area are at your own risk. By using the pool, pool area and/or grilling area, you agree to hold harmless the Crescent Sands Homeowners Association, its Board of Directors, its Owners, its Property Manager, and its Certified Pool Operator.
