  • Please note before making a reservation: Waterpointe 2 is doing renovations on their balconies at this time. These renovations are currently going on, and will continue through mid to late December, 2026. Some units will not be able to access their balcony, while others may be hindered by the loud noise taking place between the hours of 9 am - 4 pm. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    ABOUT THE SPACE: Waterpointe II Unit 501 is an oceanfront condo in the Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach. It accommodates up to 6 guests with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There are two parking spaces available. It offers a fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, oven, cookware, flatware, washer and dryer, indoor and outdoor pool, kiddy pool, balcony, beach access and building elevator. Linens and Departure Maid Service Included. For your convenience, we provide a starter supply of travel-size shampoo, conditioner, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and dish pods upon check-in. These items are not replenished during your stay.

This property was perfect for me and my crew. The location is great and literally a few steps from the beach. Indoor and outdoor pool with a hot tub. Quiet property, quiet end of the beach, 5 min from Food Lion and 10 minutes from Walmart and Kroger. Communication is top tier, we would stay here again. Thank you for a great trip!

We loved the location of the condo! The host was responsive when we had a few questions. The property was easy to get in and out of and included parking. The property was secure and in a good location. It was close to shops and many restaurants. There were a few small things that could have been better with the overall upkeep of the condo, but overall, everything was great!

Perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location to the beach and very clean and comfortable accommodations. Most definitely would recommend this place. Hopefully we’ll be back soon.

Beautiful beach

Lovely place to stay. Pools were nice and clean. Property was clean. It was nice to see the ocean from the balcony of my room. We had a wonderful stay.

Nice place to stay and we loved that we had beach access. Every morning, we would walk on the beach before breakfast. We also liked that the condo was centrally located to everything we wanted to do.

Room was very clean and neat. Would stay again.Only negative was, needed storage or cabinet to put our food. Cabinets were well stocked with dishes and pots.

Convenient Beachfront Property

Suited our needs and steps away from the beach which was perfect. Cozy with high quality furnishings. Convenient parking right across the street. Management company helped to secure beach chairs and umbrellas for a great price and delivered to our room while we were at breakfast. Make sure to bring soap, hand soap and extra trash bags!

Cute little gem

The place was a cute little gem. Although it needs some updating it served all of our needs. We ended up renting a car and all the exploration that we did was between 10-30 minutes. The checkin was not until 5 pm which was a headache since we arrived at 9:30 am. Overall a cute place to stay.

Great View

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit is clean, and up to date. The view is amazing. We really enjoyed our morning coffee on the balcony and the ocean front view.
