  • This beautiful and comfortable first floor condo is perfect for your family vacation and is only a few steps to the sandy beach. A beach dolly with large inflatable tires and 4 beach chairs are provided to make your trip across to the beach a breeze. Strap on your cooler and chairs and enjoy a full day on the beach or spend some time at the beautiful, large, well maintained pool also just steps away from your front door.
    This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo also has a queen sleeper sofa allowing this unit to comfortably accommodate 6 guest.
    There are 3 flat screen TV's all with cable and built in apps for Netflix, Hulu, Roku etc. Family fun games are also provided in the living room entertainment cabinet.
    The kitchen is fully functional and completely stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. The coffee maker is a duo maker for either full pots or K Cups.
    The screened in porch is a perfect place to gather and relax with 4 Adirondack chairs and 2 tables.
    The laundry room has a stackable washer & dryer with detergent/iron/ironing board provided.
