Inside, the bright living area features comfortable seating, a 32" flat-screen TV, and a convenient pull-down Murphy bed. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave, and refrigerator, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. The bedroom offers two full-size beds and an additional 32" flat-screen TV, ensuring comfort and relaxation for all guests. An on-site washer and dryer provide added convenience for longer stays.

During your stay at Baywatch 1607 you will have full private access to the entire oceanfront condominium. This includes the comfortable bedroom, the bright living area with a pull down Murphy bed, the fully equipped kitchen, and the private balcony which offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean. You are also welcome to enjoy the extensive resort amenities provided by the Baywatch Towers complex. These shared facilities include the oceanfront pool deck, the lazy river, indoor swimming pools, hot tubs, and a kiddie pool. Guests also have access to the seasonal tiki bar, on site dining options at the Bay Watch Cafe and the Sandtrap Sports Bar and Grill, as well as the resort gift shop. Please note that certain locked closets within the unit are reserved for homeowner use and are not accessible to guests.

For guests traveling to our oceanfront retreat, we recommend arriving by car for the greatest flexibility during your stay. The condo is situated about a thirty minute drive from Myrtle Beach International Airport. While there is no extensive public transit network serving this specific section of North Myrtle Beach, local taxi and ride share services provide reliable transportation to nearby attractions and dining. Please note that the resort does not permit motorcycles, trailers, boats, or recreational vehicles, so please plan your travel arrangements accordingly.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please note that our property is strictly for families and guests aged 25 and older. Check in is available from 3 pm to 5 pm, and check out is strictly at 10 am. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and all common areas, including balconies and pool decks. We do not allow pets, motorcycles, boats, trailers, recreational vehicles, or all-terrain vehicles on the premises. Quiet hours are observed from 11 pm to 7 am. Guests are provided with a starter kit of essential supplies, but we recommend bringing additional paper products and toiletries. Please note that sleeper sofas are best suited for children. A damage waiver fee is required for all bookings to ensure a worry-free stay.
