the property was very nice . my family and I enjoyed the property . the dishwasher does not work.. love the views awesome sunrise and sunset.. the cleaning is was dusty. your feet and your socks turn black but all in all is very nice

Bed bugs

The poor reviews from years past are correct. Nothing has changed. Condos are dirty, run down, and infested with bed bugs which ruined our entire trip. Hundreds of dollars and hours spent at laundromat, purchasing bags, moving items out of the condo, ruining new clothes trying to clean them, list goes on and on. they only gave us a partial refund. The condo they moved us to was equally as dirty. Do not use Elliot rentals. Properties are not well maintained. Management was kind, but shouldn’t have properties in that condition.

Not worth the money

Not clean. For the price, the room should have been a lot cleaner. Poor beds ... a bunch of double beds pushed together to say they are KING size. Nasty bed coverings.

Family Vacation

This unit was perfect for our family. We had plenty of room for all of us. We couldn't get into the unit until 5:30 which was cutting it close since we had groceries being delivered at 6pm for our stay and the 5 kids ages 1-10 were antsy after riding in the car all day long. The cleaning staff was very nice and did a great job. Everyone enjoyed the beach and the pool all week. Unfortunately the hot tub which is not hot, was closed down for half of our time there. Still a good time was had by all.

Spacious Rental ,Very Poor Cleanliness and Maintenance

Nice Place, Big and Holds a lot of people. Digital lock did not work when we arrived. Took several calls and 45 mnutes to get in our unit. *****1 of our bedrooms was not cleaned and had blood on the spread and Mattress cover. Could not get through to the office, they did not respond to emails. Had to drive to the Elliot office to get response. Dishwasher controls were locked when we arrive. Took 3 days to get that fixed. The people we dealt with were very nice, especially Gwen on Tuesday. With respect to the door lock, I was treated like an idiot and was just not doing it right (I have the same brand of lock on my personal house). After 3 phone calls they finally gave us a reset code and we got in. With reespect to the dishwasher, it was commented at least 3 times that someone in our unit must have hit the wrong buttons. It was locked when we arrived. The last and most important was the porch railing. None of the marketing photos showed that the railing was 5 feet high. It fealt like I was sitting in a childs playpen or crib. Our family tends to spend a large amount of time on the porch and this ruined the experience for us. We will not be returning to this property and will specifically avoid anything handled by Elliot Beach Rentals in the future. We will also advise any and all of our friends to avoid anything handled by Elliot.

Great location. Not clean

Great location, good pool, good size for family. Not clean! Beds weren’t made-one mattress cover & bedspread had big blood stains, hadn’t even been washed. Sand everywhere & dirty carpets. Too much money for such poor results!

Gorgeous spot, right on the beach, accommodates a large crowd comfortably

We rented this for spring break. It was perfect for Covid times because we could head right down from the property to the beach. The beach is beautiful, not crowded where we were. The property was clean and well stocked. One thing not mentioned is that you should bring your own dish towels and dish soap. Also hand soap if you want something other than little bars provided by rental company. The walkway to the beach on the south side of the property should be avoided as it’s dangerous and disrepair. But everything from the hot tub to the pool deck was well kept and in excellent condition. The only complaint is that it’s a first floor unit, and the people upstairs stayed up late, scraping their chairs and walking heavily about their unit. We ended up purchasing chair pads and asking them to put them on the kitchen chairs! That helped a lot. The property is within five minutes of beautiful parks, ice cream shops, and grocery stores. We didn’t eat out because of Covid but there are several restaurants close by as well. Very family friendly. We had a wonderful, restorative trip.

Great location right on the ocean with two balconies which makes the views awesome!

Our family enjoyed our week at Atlantis Villas. The condo was very spacious and accommodated our family of 11 easily, with the adult couples each having their own bedroom and bathroom. We felt it was a great location with a beautiful beach steps away, small pool but thoroughly enjoyed by the kids as was the hot tub and fire pit! The only negative was I felt it could use a little updating especially in the bedrooms and when we arrived there were about four lights out but they got replaced before we left. We had a week filled with making great family memories...thanks!
