「Right when we got in there the guy at the front desk said they just got the pool heater fixed and heater was on for the past 2 days but is only 63degrees. The place smelled like death. The vending machines were broken . The front elevator was broken. The room smelled like something was burning. I jumped in the pool and checked where all the jets were and nothing was pumping out so that means the heater wasnt on. So that was a complete lie. Im sire he tealls all his guests that same line. 「We stayed for one night with smaller kids. We didn’t have a shower curtain upon arrival but the front office was quick to get us one. The pool water was freezing. The staff said they turned the heater on but by the time we left it was still cold. Floors were a little dirty in the room, ice machine was down, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was decent! We would stay here again and maybe call before to have the pool heater turned on prior to the stay.」

「The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff super accommodating. The entrance is poorly marked and the parking lot entrance is in need of repair. Our stay was perfect for what we needed- comfortable bed and nice clean bathroom 😊 they even had some snacks available at the front desk!」
