"A true gem in Warsaw IN. I've stayed at 3 other hotels that were just ok to meh. TRU had a cool, funky vibe. I loved the cozy sitting areas, pool table, 24/7 coffee/tea/cocoa bar, and free breakfast. The staff was super helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. The rooms were very clean, no stray hair found on floor or in bathroom which seems unusual anymore. Decor was fun, liked the window shades vs shabby drapes usually hung. Bed was firm, pillows fluffy/cozy. I would definitely stay here again. If you stay, go to Piña & Coconut on Center Street. This restaurant is Latin/Caribbean fusion and super yummy. I had the Caribbean chicken with yucca fries. Highly recommend."

"Staff pleasant enough, no complaints there, room was priced reasonably... except, barking dog. A rather loud barking was annoyingly triggered while walking the hallway. Person at the desk explained the dog only barked when occupant was not in the room. The dog was quiet for roughly 8 hours per day, the rest of the time, not so much. Excuses from the front desk, not solutions. "

"I would not take my dog to this place. I didn't get past the front desk area. The front doors were broken, the lobby smelled like horrible body oder, the curtains were disgusting. I told the clerk I could not allow myself to stay in this establishment. I'm a female and if I would have walked in late at night I would have been so scared. I cancelled my 2 nights and they did not charge me for a cancallation. I called expedia and they are in the process of refunding my money. I stayed elsewhere in the same city. You need to remove them from your stay list. Pool was also out of order and the restaurant was closed. Not a place to send anyone. I can only thank Expedia for refunding my the money I had already paid and I think they should check out the properties they are listing on your website periodically to make sure they are adequate. I'm not a wealthy person, but I want to be in a CLEAN AND SAFE environment."

"Staff was nice, breakfast was good, pool was fun, but overall not a very clean facility. It's obviously old and not well kept, but was fine for an overnight stay for a tournament."
