Great location and lovely staff. Apartment was just the job for our Edinburgh stay. Clean and tidy enough with everything we needed. Did get very warm inside and the walls are quite thin so if you’re a light sleeper you’ll need ear plugs. Car park underground is handy and safe. Does have a lot of pigeons nesting there so if you want too avoid getting too much bird poop on your paintwork be careful where you park or take a car cover.

I really can’t say enough about the staff at this hotel. They were beyond helpful with every single thing we needed, or question we asked, and they were all so kind. The rooms were very clean and amenities were great. Staying here really enhanced our entire experience in Scotland; highly recommend!

Lovely town house property so close to the city. Nice size room and decor. One disadvantage is no lift. Otherwise perfect.

The apartment was in brand new condition and was excellently laid out with separate kitchen/lounge and sleeping areas. The kitchen was well equipped and very functional. This would be a great place to stay for anyone who wanted to visit Edinburgh for a few days. We also liked the large flat screen smart TV. The bathroom was surprisingly large and nicely decorated in a modern style which was a very pleasant change from other places we had stayed. The only negative point is that access was by way of a staircase which could be difficult with large suitcases.
