"No coffee pot in the room. Comforter was not changed out or washed. Make-up stains on it. We reserved the room for 4 people and only had 2 towels in the room. When we called room service that afternoon, they said they were out of clean towels."

"I have a family of 7 & the room we had was spacious for us all. There was a small stain on 1 out of the 8 pillows that were on the bed. I just simply removed the pillow casing off of it. 1 of the towels had a stsin as well. A stain that wouldn't come out if you washed it. We simply just didn't use that towel. No biggie."
