「部屋が清潔で良かった」

「We had a lovely stay. Unfortunately our TV did not work but the reception staff member upgraded us to a suite and we had a lovely stay . The staff were very lovely at the bar and reception and worked really hard . Thank you . You were appreciated by us. 」

「In close proximity to many interesting sites and places. Close to the sea front. The hotel just gets the simple things that many other hotels surprisingly don't. These include having a dining area to eat and having drawers to put your clothes (instead of on the floor like I had to in the last 3 hotels I stayed in. Reasonably priced and definitely value for money.」

「Was exactly what I needed, a place to stay for one night. Wasn't expecting ‘private bathroom’ to just be a sink in the room and a shared toilet but it was fine for one night.」

「Previously stayed here when I was moving to Boro and have always had good service and the rooms being clean and tidy. Also great that there was a fan!」

「We came from Newcastle and stayed the night. We wanted to try the monster sharer and it did not dissapoint. The food was cooked to perfection and very tasty and the waiting team were superb, our drinks were always topped up and they were always making sure we were ok. The restaurant was super busy and there was not one time i didnt see a queue out of the door. I was a bit apprehensive when i saw how busy it was but the whole team had it running like clockwork. The rooms are not expensive at all...

「This Hotel has a genuine Kerala experience restaurant that you could only experience here or in Kerala, India itself. You don't have to fly to Kerala to experience genuine Kerala food.」

「Very nice room, recently renovated and very clean. All the amenities you need and steve (the host) goes out of his way to quickly remedy any issues. Stayed there for over 3 weeks in total now and its the only place id stay in Middlesbrough 」
